GNOME Do freezes on About page

Bug description:
When accessing the "About Do" option, GNOME Do freezes. Both the
close& X buttons become inoperable. I have to go to Htop to kill the
process.
It initially happened in 0.8.2, so I upgraded to 0.8.3.1 where it
happened again. I subsequently restarted but the bug persists.
