RTL in OpenShot

Bug description:
On RTL languages (Arabic and Hebrew) the tracks list is shown in the right
side, so it looks broken.
I'm sure that this bug is not something in your code, but i guess this is the
best place to report about it.
using OpenShot (version 0.9.54) on Jaunty Jackalope.
