Bug description:
The URL <http://otn.oracle.com/software/products/sql/>, as provided in
English description, leads to a 404 page at least for German users.
<http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/sql-
developer/downloads/index.html> seems to be the right one, maybe also
for non-German users. This should be clarified to have the translation
coherent.
