linking issue with certain build sequence

Bug description:
If the following sequence is done the linking of drizzled (specifically to
libdrizzledmessage) is broken:
./configure
make
./configure --prefix=/some/path
make
make install
I've hit this and so has a user on IRC. We should either document
this as a known issue or fix it.
