Bug description:
I will attach example shortly. With the example:
1. The build also requires daemon_example.c to compile despite it not
existing/being specified
2. module_name is needed in plugin.ini, otherwise build breaks horribly on
the DRIZZLE_DECLARE_PLUGIN with a replacement of
_drizzled_**OUT-OF-TREE**_plugin_
