Can confirm this is fixed in the Nov 03 ISO, installation still fails to
reboot after initial installation but boots successfully after a reset
in a virtualbox VM, I could check if the issue exists in ESX if
required.

Bug description:
Fails to reboot after initial installation and on first boot, I get
the error messages below
fsck from util-linux 2.27
/dev/sda1: clean, 143758/3014656 files, 1147920/12058624 blocks
elf/mounts. This is not supported anymore. Please replace /etc/mtab with a
symlink to /proc/self/mounts.
[ 615.069070] systemd[1] Freezing execution.
