I have installed Beta 3 on Windows 7 64 bit. 16 GB Ram SSD Core i7 - 3740QM CPU @ 2.70 GHz
Audio Stuttering observed here as well. When I watch the video I'm editing on the timeline in all scenarios, I notice the timeline marker stutters a bit as the audio stutters. This seems like a buffering problem to me. In all cases, the video file format is mp4 with h.264 and either mp3 or aac audio. Any suggestions of things I can try on my side to help, are welcomed, and I'll do my best to provide feedback. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of UBUNTU - AL - BR, which is subscribed to OpenShot Video Editor. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1544384 Title: Openshot Beta 3 - Audio Stutter in Timeline view but not in Preview mode Status in OpenShot Video Editor: New Bug description: I have cloned the Github repo, and installed all dependenices, then installed Openshot-qt on Ubuntu 14.04. I have not installed ffmpeg but do have libav. Any clip I use in Openshot QT is giving an audio stutter. It's kind of like it's dropping out about every half second or so for a half second. When I play the same clips in VLC the audio is fine, so I'm resigned to believe it's something with Openshot-qt, but no idea what I might check. Any help is appreciated. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have now re-installed with Ubuntu-Mate 15.10 Installed the Beta 3 by PPA run on a Core 2 Duo 64 Bit machine with 8GB RAM NVidia Graphics Card I'm willing to try anything you need to test and resolve this.
