Public bug reported:
After upgrading to 0.28, every time I update mythtv the master backend
role in Mythbuntu Control Centre is being set to disabled resulting in
the bind-address in /etc/mysql/conf.d/mythtv.cnf is being commented out
and the backend not running.
Changing this to enabled fixes the issue until next update.
I am running 14.04 and I believe this is a recurrance of this bug:
