The table_cache entry has been depreciated in MySQL and MariaDB and
should be changed in myth-tweaks.cnf and any other database files. The
correct syntax should be table_open_cache or it should be commented out.
Failure to update or comment this entry causes Mythtv-backend to not
start on Ubuntu 16.04.
