There's something clearly wrong with your kernel configuration,
which doesn't relate to USB. Unclear if it's a problem in your
build/config or if it's generic to your cpu type.
There might be other problems that are USB-specific, but it's
worth fixing this generic non-USB problem first ... reflects a
rather broken build.
