Looks good, with the following very minor nits:
- MAX_DEVICES is not used, it can be removed.
- USB_VICAM_MINOR_BASE is not used, it can be removed.
Can you make these changes, and add Config.in, Makefile, and
Configure.help entries? Also let me know which kernel tree the patch is
for.
