Use a source code control system that doesn't make it a pain in the ass
to import outside changes?  :)

I'd be glad to give you, and your other developers a repository on
linuxusb.bkbits.net if you want to use it.

The only reason I applied this was that Andries has posted this patch
numerous times, with no comments from anyone, including you.  The patch
looked quite self-contained (drivers/scsi/sd.c change aside) and seemed
to look sane (in my non-usb-storage eyes.)

I can easily back this out if you want me to.
