nope...i dont run out of receive urbs...have a total of 64 submitted...and the usage count
never exceeds 4 or 5.
what i can clearly see is that the recive path is not getting as much cpu time as the send path,
but cant think of a way around this problem...anybody else think of one?

Do you have multiple receive urbs submitted?  Are they constantly full,
or are there periods where you do not have a receive urb pending on the
bus?
