Thanks, I can talk to the device and issue ioctls now, and I'm figuring out how to send and receive reports. The sample code in that document worked flawlessly. This device gets grabbed by the HID module unless CONFIG_USB_HIDINPUT is not set. I'm confused. Questions: Does leaving CONFIG_USB_HIDINPUT unset break support for USB keboards and mice, or is there alternate support through the hiddev interface? Does CONFIG_USB_HIDINPUT seed to be set for your average user? If so, do I need to blacklist my device in the hid driver to prevent it from being grabbed? Thanks, Steve _______________________________________________________________ Don't miss the 2002 Sprint PCS Application Developer's Conference August 25-28 in Las Vegas -- http://devcon.sprintpcs.com/adp/index.cfm _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe, use the last form field at: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-usb-devel
