Hi,
I have a problem to use USB keyboard and USB mouse as default input devices
for embedded system based on cs89712 running linux 2.4.6-rmk1-rayl1, the
following were done:
-using USB host controller SL811
-compiled USB HID (keyboard, mouse) support into kernel
-cat /dev/input/event0 can show USB keyboard events(on serial console).
-cat /dev/input/mice can show USB mouse events(on serial console).
-have basic framebuffer on LCD that shows boot messages and steals serial
console
-all printk/printf within kernel writes successfully to framebuffer
console(lCD)
> The problem is:
-we cannot get USB keyboard to act as default input device (ie. have typed
characters appear on console LCD)
-how can USB keyboard/mouse be used as a default input devices?
-when we program using getc(), it cannot find the console input device
(USB keyboard)
Any suggestions?
Tanks in advance.
