I didn't try with 2.5 as I currently can't switch to 2.5 for some reasons. Nevertheless I don't believe it will work wit 2.5 asDoes this work (without the patch) with 2.5.x? It should, since the latest 2.5.x doesn't keep any data about a device once it's removed.
1. the device reports a data length of 0 for maximum LUN inquiry so usb storage can only assume a single LUN
2. the device seems to return only weird stuff for LUN1 if LUN1 is not attached that effectively prevents mass storage initialization to complete in 2.4.20 (one must manually set up sense data as the device either doesn't return anything or rubbish)
