The USB-2.0 specification lists the standard descriptor types (table 9.5). They're also listed in include/linux/usb_ch9.h. Type 7 is an "Other Speed Configuration" descriptor. For a device operating at high-speed it gives full-speed configuration information, and vice-versa.
