There is an overview specification for that chip on their website: www.sigmatel.com The chip appears to be a one-chip solution for audio recording/playback from microphone to speakers, with flash memory and an interface to an optional processor, etc. Their site specifically states that they will not provide driver information to end-users. They apparently are a chip manufacturer supplying their products to board manufacturers. The manufacturer of your mp3 player would be the best source for specifications, or inquire in a newsgroup that deals with audio, mp3 drivers. Good luck. g murray ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe, use the last form field at: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-usb-devel
