Hi,

Here are a number of various USB fixes and cleanups for 2.6.7.  All
of these patches have been in the past few -mm releases.

There's lots of good stuff in here:
        - gadget fixes
        - new host controller driver for lh7a404 devices
        - lots of hub locking rework to fix up the mess there.
        - sparse markups to remove warnings
        - loads of bugfixes.
