The last version I looked at was using using usb_kill_urb() there, it'd stopped using async unlink. And a few folk reported "-ENOENT" status too -- hence my desire to rule kill_urb() problems out (or in) in at least this case. We've certainly seen that one too ... but usually because the ACPI IRQ mapping changed.
