Hmm, erratum 10 seems the closest match to this,
I updated the AMD-756 workarounds to disable at least the
root hub autosuspend. I'm not sure what else to do though.

I can appreciate how hard it is to track something like this down
without access to the hardware, so if there is anything that you want me
to try for you then I am more than willing.
