Right, and here's a Kconfig tweak to match.  SOC boards tend not
to have PCI, but whoever tested that MIPS based driver didn't
test on a non-PCI board.

I notice you didn't merge the patch from Roman Zippel that moves
the "don't enable host-side USB configuration unless some HCD
could be configured" logic, which this also touches.

FWIW that code is probably not helping any more, now that we
have the sl811-hcd ... it lives on platform_bus, which any
system can use; like the upcoming isp116x-hcd code.
