Right, and here's a Kconfig tweak to match. SOC boards tend not to have PCI, but whoever tested that MIPS based driver didn't test on a non-PCI board. I notice you didn't merge the patch from Roman Zippel that moves the "don't enable host-side USB configuration unless some HCD could be configured" logic, which this also touches.
