Can you tell me how to came to this entry? Did ou base it off another
entry, or are you sure it needs UFI and CB?
I can tell you that US_FL_MODE_XLATE isn't used in the 2.6 kernel. Have
you tried US_SC_DEVICE and/or US_PR_DEVICE in place of US_SC_UFI and
US_PR_CB respectively?
