which I've excerpted below. At least a few seem to just be old items

And I grepped only for the entries with "USB" in them (duplicates removed);
it's not clear what all of these are.

workaround for that one is not to modprobe ohci1394, go figure
(my guess would be it's an ACPI thing, but it's not the first
time the ohci1394 driver and USB didn't work together)

I think the nforce4 issue was just a false report (i.e. the
bug was fixed before 2.6.11 finalized)
