Good job! It does help in the sense that plugging in the problem stick doesn't break anything any more. Unplugging the stick and plugging in a working one will pick it up and it works. It will be assigned a new scsi adapter number though ie. scsi3. Will we ran out of numbers at some point or will they wrap around? The bad news about the USB part is that I managed to get hold of 4 more sticks and only one of these works :-(. So now the saldo is that 3 out of 7 work, not a very good percentage.
