I include the entry to one usb flash disk that had problem here. I
think is really good to include it on 2.6.14 since its very trivial
and worked fine here.


I'm not a big fan of doing the entire 0000-9999 range unless you have
some idea that lots of devices in the range are affected.


I didn't find how I can identify the values to put there. If you say
to me I can do that and provide the specific information to you.

These appear to be instances of USB idProduct: idVendor: bcdDevice

I can explain better if you can give me the URL of an archive of the original patch?

The basic idea is that a patch for idVendor=x054C idProduct=x0000- x9999 can instead be a patch for just idVendor=x054C idProduct=x019D if we have reason to believe that only idVendor=x054C idProduct=x019D was observed to need the patch.
