Yes it is, thanks for doing this, it looks very good. I've added it to my trees, and should show up in the next -mm release. Hopefully scsi will not die with your changes to the driver model (they are the only ones doing odd things with recanning that I can think of...) It also lays the groudwork for my multi-threaded device discovery logic that I've wanted to do for a while.
