I don't have time to investigate this right now, which is why I'm notifying this list with relatively skimpy information.
2.6.15-rc2 works fine for me. I have not yet tried -git1 through -git5. 2.6.15-rc2-git6, during "modprobe ehci-hcd" blocks forever. I can still type and have my text echoed back to me, and I can use the console keys to dump process information. I will probably debug it in the next few days if nobody gets to it by then, but I can only spend a few minutes to compose this email about it right now. I hope this early information is helpful. One thing that makes my configuration a little unusual is that I am booting from a USB 2.0 flash disk, and previous versions of the kernel only see the flash disk after boot if I remove the ehci module (causing the port to fall back to uhci control), or physical remove and reinsert the flash disk. I suspect that this is some kind of BIOS interaction problem, but I'm just guessing. Adam J.
