Unfortunately your log is missing the most interesting part (those 146 
suppressed lines), but I think I know what the problem is.

Try modifying your patch by changing the IGNORE_RESIDUE line to say:

+               US_FL_IGNORE_RESIDUE | US_FL_FIX_CAPACITY ),

That ought to get everything working.
