To enable others understanding this (Clemens' hint is helpfull but not
very detailed):
It is very important to notice that in the kernel config
device>drivers>USB>USB Audio and USB Midi are OSS drivers and thus
deprecated (module: audio). When the module from device
drivers>Sound>Alsa>USB devices>USB Audio & Midi is used, everything
works nice (except when jack is running and I disconnect the sound card
from the USB port ;).
