You mean: What triggered the binding?  It's normal -- drivers are always 
bound to devices when the system starts up.

Or do you mean: What triggered the bug?  I can't answer that because as 
far as I can see there is no bug.  The only failure in the log is the 
failure to enumerate the gamepad, which is understandable since the 
gamepad wasn't working right.
