Subject: [Bugme-new] [Bug 6373] New: Logitech G7 Wireless Mouse not working
correctly

http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6373

Summary: Logitech G7 Wireless Mouse not working correctly
    Kernel Version: 2.6.15.6 and 2.6.16
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
             Owner: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
         Submitter: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Most recent kernel where this bug did not occur:
Distribution: Slackware 10.2 with Kernel 2.6.15.6 and another machine with
2.6.16
Hardware Environment: Via KT600 and Via KM133 Chipsets
Software Environment: all
Problem Description:

The mouse does not behave properly, it does not read the horizontal and vertical
axis, I know the mouse works because it works fine under windows using default
HID drivers. This happened on both my desktop and my laptop.

Steps to reproduce:

Attempt to use a Logitech G7 (and possibly some other recent Logitech high end
mice such as the G5). My guess as to the reason this occurs is because the
drivers are not handling the full speed usb mouse correctly, this mouse runs at
12 mbps instead of the normal 1.5 mbps.
