This could be done programmatically. The major barrier is the need to handle entries with SC_DEVICE or PR_DEVICE, and that could be done by adding a couple of extra flag bits to the libusual table. (The libusual probe routine would then have to check the actual descriptor values.) However this would tie libusual even more closely to ub/usb-storage than it is now, and it would be somewhat ugly.
