I'm in favor of adding MAX_SECTORS_128.  Then the Genesys stuff could be
replaced by a simple flag.

It might turn out that some of the existing entries with IGNORE_RESIDUE
could get away with a new MAX_SECTORS_64 flag instead, although there are
definitely some that can't.  Figuring out which is which would be more
trouble than it's worth.  We can always add this flag later.
