OK. Thank You.  Finally I wrote small script making initrd for my 
installation.

Anyway:

Hmmm.  I can see on my console that usbstorage is almost last 
initialized, and mounting root is last one...

In module version just afer plugging the device, or loading module with 
connected device there is a call to re-read partitions.
There should also be such call in compiled version
... or mybe there should be a special call inside root-mounting function.
