Never said otherwise.  I'd objected for a specific reason which was
mostly incorrect.

Yep, I certainly was.  Apology might not have made it to the list yet.

I'd saved out a file from mutt that was huge and read the first
several pages, then started bitching.  Turns out though the file was
90% garbage and the patch wasn't nearly as big as I thought.   Ext3
usually doesn't screw up like that, but I've been causing some really
spectacular 'doesn't boot anymore' crashes recently.

That's correct; I've not complained you haven't reviewed it because
I've not submitted it yet.  I try to constrain my complaints to 'way
overreacting' rather than 'completely batshit crazy'.
