All of it is in 2.6.19-rc1 except for the last two patches.  Search the
linux-usb-devel archives for the most recent messages containing the
strings "as742" and "as738"; I posted new versions of them last Wednesday.

as738 has a known bug (ehci-hcd's bus_resume method wakes up ports when it
shouldn't), and my testing tonight has found another bug related to the
interrupt-enable setting.  At the moment I don't know if that second bug
was introduced by the patch, was caused by some other recent changes in
-rc1, or was present all along.

(If you unload ehci-hcd then as742 by itself should work properly.  You 
can use that for testing, assuming you don't mind running at full speed.)

I'm going to do some more debugging tomorrow; I don't want to post the 
current version of the patch just yet.  More on this later...
