All of it is in 2.6.19-rc1 except for the last two patches. Search the linux-usb-devel archives for the most recent messages containing the strings "as742" and "as738"; I posted new versions of them last Wednesday. as738 has a known bug (ehci-hcd's bus_resume method wakes up ports when it shouldn't), and my testing tonight has found another bug related to the interrupt-enable setting. At the moment I don't know if that second bug was introduced by the patch, was caused by some other recent changes in -rc1, or was present all along. (If you unload ehci-hcd then as742 by itself should work properly. You can use that for testing, assuming you don't mind running at full speed.) I'm going to do some more debugging tomorrow; I don't want to post the current version of the patch just yet. More on this later...
