Pretty much any programmable peripheral controller can be made to
talk CDC ACM.  If you're after one that does ACM in hardware, I
doubt you'd fine one ... folk tend to use chips like the ft232r,
cp2102, or pl2303 for usb-to-serial conversion in hardware.
