Well mine is integrated in another controller and is maybe customised.
It is an usb1.1 (so FX) and it has some extra internal memory from 
0x2fe3 to 0x3f87 : http://wiki.eagle-usb.org/wakka.php?wiki=Memorymap
For a new version of the chip (eagleIV) it does some write between 
0x1900 and 0x3fff.
