Thanks for that Alan.  I should have been able to find that in the list 
archive, sorry.  (Actually, I spent a long time looking in all the 
wrong places before I got close to the real problem, so maybe I 
wouldn't have found it.)

In order to avoid finding too many more already-fixed problems, what 
code do you suggest that I run?  I'd like to get all the "obviously 
right" bug fixes while avoiding too many "risky experimental changes".
