Also, I haven't made one point clear-- the fact that Jon isn't doing
or asking for anything unreasonable, just that the hidden layers of
complexity make delivering upon the request more deifficult than is
obvious from the outside.

The logs Jon has sent have already indicated the 100% certainty of one
bug ('already saw QH...') and at least the strong possibility of
another.  In additon, the experimental scheduler (as he correctly
points out, but for perhaps the wrong reasons) is not yet a finished
project.  There are several important improvements yet to be added.

I intend to find a way to make his usecase work the way he originally
expected.  In the meantime, i was merely pointing out why he may want
to buy, eg, a Belkin 'TetraHub' (4 port, 4-TT) to avoid the problem
until then.

FWIW, Even MacOSX until recently would have failed on this use case
(but in a different direction-- the QHs would have crowded out the ISO
devices, something I want very much to avoid).
