Okay, I see the last boot. There are an awful lot of suspends and resumes. Apparently some user program is scanning all your USB devices every 30 seconds or thereabouts. So what? The only interesting aspect is that each time the powered hub resumes, it thinks the Philips PSC805 has disconnected and reconnected. It could be something wrong with the hub but I'm more inclined to think it's the audio device's fault. Try plugging one of your other devices (like the Logitech receiver) into an unused port on that hub. It will be interesting to see whether it manages to survive the suspend/resume cycle.
