Nothing USB:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~> cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/state
present: yes
capacity state: ok
charging state: discharging
present rate: 1874 mA
remaining capacity: 4308 mAh
present voltage: 1 mV

Mouse in use:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~> cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/state
present: yes
capacity state: ok
charging state: discharging
present rate: 2031 mA
remaining capacity: 4302 mAh
present voltage: 1 mV

Sleeping mouse:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~> cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/state
present: yes
capacity state: ok
charging state: discharging
present rate: 1933 mA
remaining capacity: 4287 mAh
present voltage: 1 mV

Much less spectacular, but it clearly has an effect.

        Regards
                Oliver
