It is not commented out as it should be. Without the IOW_GETINFO ioctl() 
call our libiowkit would not work. The other ioctl() calls are legacy 
and anyone using them can update his sources.

BTW where are usb_endpoint_is_int_in and usb_endpoint_is_int_out 
located? We need to provide the driver as a separate download for some 
time and these macros(?) prevent compatibility back to around 2.6.10.
I will copy them to iowarrior.h for the download version.
