Kind of funny really. It reminds me about the "control timeout at ep0in". Same story: tons of users with unrelated problems. I tried to untangle it at first, but pretty much gave up after a while. The only solution was to remove the message. My strategic direction is to kill EVERY catch-all message. This will make users to report the actual problem ("my printer does not work") instead of reporting the message ("on noes, it's -71!").
