Hi, I have this device:
http://www.qbik.ch/usb/devices/showdv.php3?id=506 I was in communication with Sancho Dauskardt regarding this device and I was actually able to get his driver working in 2.4.6 - 2.4.8. I was only able to get the Compact Flash portion of my reader working, but he claimed that he was able to use both Smart Media and Compant Flash. His device was different from mine. I have the Lexar device and I don't recall what he had. Anyways, I was trying me best to help him get this driver fully operational. Then the patch stopped working in 2.4.9. I contacted Sancho and he said he'd get back to me. Well, he never did. I sent him several other emails asking if he was continuing development on the driver and all of these went unanswered. I've grown tired of waiting. It's been months now, and I'd really like to use this device in Linux. I have his original code, including the firmware needed to get this thing working. Does anyone here want to take this on? I'm not a kernel developer, not do I want to be one. If you're interested in getting this device working, please email me, I'll send you the patch, the firmware, my USB snoop logs, and all my correspondence with Sancho.
