The product in question is their KU5in1 Compact Flash/Smart Media/Microdrive/MMC/Secure Digital USB Card Reader/Writer. I have a patch from them that I've applied to kernel 2.4.8-26mdk (see rpmfind.net), it runs and works fully for CF cards, it appears as the first partition of a SCSI disk. I've not been able to test it with anything else.
