Currently runing rh 7.1 w/ kernel 2.4.9 / 2.4.11 and have been having the same problems as reported by other users when trying to connect a USB device to the machine.
driver reports that the device is not accepting the assigned ID. I am wondering if anyone might know whom to contact or what I might be able to do to try and fix this problem. I have never done any kernel development which I suppose would be required; as a result, I don't really know where I should start. Any comments would be appreciated.
