I am not sure if this is a USB or ATM problem with the modem or me just
being a not quite getting how thing should be setup. I have installed my
Alcatel USB modem and the LED's give both green lights, I appear to connect,
and yet when I go to a website it does not let me on. Here is some info
about what is going on:
OS: RedHat 7.1 (Seawolf)
Kernel: 2.4.2 (i686 architechture)
