Hi, I've just bought a doozy MP3 player with a usb interface (see: www. romemp3.com) which I was hoping would "just work" with Linux. Sadly not, although it claims a "USB hard drive" feature for which I had high hopes.
Before I start hacking around - or rather before I start hacking around more - has anybody else done anything with one of these devices? It reports a VendorId of 0x05b4 (that's LG) and a ProductId of 0x6001 and illegal device class, subclass and protocol codes of ff:ff:ff. Nasty. Getting the storage class driver to ignore the bad device id causes bad interrupt status problems and general unhappiness in my machine. Any suggestions appreciated. -- _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe, use the last form field at: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-usb-users
